Broadmead House – London
This project involves the complete demolition and removal of the existing residential buildings located at Broadmead House, 10-24 Auriol Road, London. Following the demolition, the site will be developed with a brand-new, modern 5-storey building that will accommodate a total of 24 residential units classified under Class C3. The development will also include all related works and infrastructure necessary to support the new residential accommodation and enhance the overall site.
Telfer House – Islington
Telfer House is a new six-storey building, replacing a life-expired 1960s low-rise residential block, and providing 38 spacious dual-aspect apartments for Islington residents.
The apartments are designed to meet the highest standards of accessibility and inclusion exceeding London Plan internal space and external amenity space standard, with four wheelchair accessible units on the ground floor.
