Circa 50,000 sq ft of office space constructed in the 1990s is being completely refurbished to achieve BREEAM Excellent.
WTD are proud to have been appointed to undertake the RIBA Stage 4 – 6 MEP design for this project, and new client. A BREEAM Outstanding building and WDA provided much needed value engineering for the project ensuring the building could be constructed to budget and on time.
Maple House – Tottenham Court Road
Occupying an Island site on the east of Tottenham Court Road, the newly refurbished Maple House will offer c. 47,000 sq ft across three floors with an extensive refurbishment throughout including a remodelled reception and an extensive new central garden square complete with outdoor terracing
The Law Society – Chancery Lane
Following a substantial fire at the Law Society of England and Wales’s headquarters at 113 and 114 Chancery Lane in central London, resulted in a major refurbishment.
The MEP detailed design due to the Grade 2 listed building comprised of carefully considered MEP services and attention to detail to ensure the sensitive nature of this building remained, a pleasure to be involved with.
Dalston Office Refurbishment
